    Urgent Query and Complaint

    This is regarding the below gold loan, need to raise the query to Muthoot group concern team & RBI team.It is whole & sole responsibility of the Muthoot team to inform the customer regarding the maturity & renewal of loan.Due to irresponsibility of Muthoot team, today i got a message of late charges of Rs.7454/- as the loan was closed in the month of Oct’2023
