Urgent Appeal for Action
Hi I am a resident of Newtown Action Area 1. The stray dogs in my area have been disturbing the locality a lot by causing a lot of noice late night. This has been resulting in insufficient sleep for many working people. Requesting you to please take some action against these dogs who have multiplied themselves in huge numbers.
