I bought a saree from meena bazar inside pacific mall tagore garden DelhiIts threads got stretched after wearing twice and not washed yet but seller refused to entertain our complaint as he had no recordsWe bought 4 items from him and only this sarees record was missing from his computerPlease do the needful

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
Low quality of productsI purchased a suit from its NSP Pitampura store of Rs. 11500 in Feb 23 at the time of sale. To my surprise it got torn in one wear. I made compliant to store manager. He talked rudely and was not ready to get it even fixed. And bluntly told me that once sold no guarantee of product. It is such a worst experience.
