Refund Request Hassle
No information regarding refund of rescheduled international flight ticket My flight booking from Los Angeles to New Delhi has been delayed by the airline for a day. Goibibo’s confirmation number is GOFLISTLK5Y8GE, and the PNR is 54U6BC. Even after several calls to customer support, I am yet to receive a confirmed quotation for the refund if I cancel my booking. I checked the airline policies, and it says, “If the expected delay is more than five hours, you can cancel the flight and get a full refund of your ticket.” So I am assuming that I should get a full refund. I need written confirmation for this. I have to book a new flight after the cancellation, and I CANNOT go ahead with the cancellation unless I have confirmation of the amount, as it’s a big amount.
