Service Request Fiasco
HP Service Center failing to provide service for HP laptop (out of warranty) and HP india not taking any action Service Request No. WO[protected] / [protected]/ [protected] I contacted HP’s customer support and shared the images of the damage. Based on the image shared, I was told that someone would share a quotation for the part that needs to be replaced. A quotation was sent to me and I paid for the quotation. A support executive visited my place to replace the damaged part but the part he brought was not the one that needed to be replaced.
