Internet Despair
The worst internet service provider you will ever have. Half of the week the internet won’t be working . Customer Care wont pick your call.. you have to leave all your work and sit calling them, if you are lucky enough your call will be answered but they won’t send any engineer.. after following the same procedure after a few hours to know the update , you will come to know your complaint wasn’t registered in your previous call.. again after calling them to check the update third time, they will say ” we have sent the engineer hour before, we dnt know why he has not reached the location, I will call and check”.. Their standard excuses.. they don’t even deserve one star.

Broadband Betrayal
Next level fraud. Guys please keep the receipt of renewal with you. Our your 180 days plan will get completed in 5 months which is currently handled by one broadband customer service only for vasuli purpose. They don’t have any idea how to resolve issues or query. Even after sharing the doc / proof. They need approval and approval take more than 2days as of now it’s still not resolved for me. There way of speaking are best full Bhai Mumbai local way.. Hope they have this attitude for resolving issue in future rather give lame excuses..

Worst ISP in Bhandup
It’s the worst service provider in Bhandup.It does not even deserve 1 star there customer care not pick your call if any problem happens you have to go to their office at plaza to complain and also you have to remind them that you have given a complaint and still they delay in responding our complaint.Nowadays they are telling customers to change their wire to fiber until your net connections will remain like this. The network service engineer visited and checked there was no issue.His only solution is to change the wire and perfectly at 5 : 10 net again gone. Now again you have to follow the same procedure.If you are taking the internet for work from home , teaching purpose etc then you will have to face the problem during work time as I am facing.It’s the best net solution for those who rarely use the internet.And what I have seen just is they got 1 star just because without 1 star you can’t give a review as well.
