    Disappointment with Battery Replacement Charges

    My Timex watch falls down and the back cover comes out and it stops working.As this store is near to the location and instead of fixing they simply changed the battery (i bought this watch 2 months back) and charged 388 out of which 370 is for the battery.I guess battery life won’t lose this much quickly.

    Poor Customer Service Experience

    Worst customer service.. The lady who spoked to me was least interested in sales. I was about to purchase a watch tru online(WhatsApp) a simple porter service she can’t make it, she sounds rude to that. which the porter cost I was about pay only. Only job was her to book from their location to mine. Which every store does. Never mind your loss, management need to look into this.
