    Disappointing Encounter

    Annoying experience I have ever had in any financial institution and in 8 years of HDFC experience. 1st time I felt that SBI and likewise banks are better than this HDFC branch. Do not waste time and choose other branch.

    Address Change Nightmare

    Went there for address change. The personal banker’s behaviour was rude, unprofessional. What was more pathetic is my address didn’t get changed. I had to go again after 20 days. They also were reluctant to register my complaint. Worst customer service. Currently staffs are behaving like SBI or even worse.
