Disheartening Experience
Very disappointed. Frequent net down atleast 5 times in a week. Poor customer service. They don’t respond to calls & mes. We are new to city and They took 6 months payment in advance now not responding to issues. Worst net service provider I have ever seen and cheap offers. Please don’t trap into their sweet words.

Frustrating Experience
Worst Service, Worst Staff, Worst Connectivity.I would rate them negative But Google doesn’t allow me to rate Negative.They don’t answer your queries or respond to your calls.Right form Manager to Call Attender are worst in responding to calls. you follow them for several times they either block your number or switch of the phone. But, for payment they come to the door step on time & they follow up for payment at least 15 Days prior.Please don’t fall into there trap with fancy offers. what is the use of good offer with worst connectivity.Very Disappointed.
