    I had booked for a car EXTER from Ambattur 2months ago and unfortunately due to unforeseen reason, I am relocating and would like to cancel the order I informed the executive 2weeks ago and there was no update until today, To follow up, a sales executive named SANJAY declined my call today even though giving 2weeks of time to initiate the refund. below are the contact details of the whole sales team The rude behaviour of declining calls, I seriously do not understand what kind of professionalism FPL has trained the sales guys. Honestly very very much deceived and will not just stop here will be escalating all around just to be more open about FPL behaviour. towards ppl who back off from bookings.

    Scam Alert – Insurance claim I am complaining about FPL Hyundai service CENTER in Anna Nagar, near Mogapair. Worst service CENTER in Chennai. Gave my car on 11/09/2023 and delivered back my car on 22/09/2023. Useless fellows. Cheated me too the core. There was a big scratch in the bottom of my car near to the front door. I claimed insurance to recover it. When they took my car, they said everything will be covered by the insurance company and only the document charges 1500 should be paid from my side. So I agreed and gave my car. They kept my car for more than 10 days. I got a CALL ON 10th day from the service stating me to pay 20, 000 to get the car. The insurance total cost is 40, 000 Rs which they did not inform me. They are telling me to pay balance 20, 000rs to get my car. We shouted like hell and the heard that the service CENTER has lot of complaints from the CUSTOMERs. Jegan the service manager. Irresponsible
