Payment Predicament
Oppo K 10 -Declined delivery Even after Bank card Payments done Have place an order for Oppo K 10 PHone, made payment thru Axis Bank card, a Debit also shown in my Account on 23.09.2022, At time of Delivery persons said its Cash on delivery, Astonished to see this even after paying thru Online with my Bank card .How come again i need to pay Double. Please Resolve this issue on priority, else Retun money .

Misshipped Order
I received the wrong product. The item sent was a Rolex Geneve black dial watch(product as attached in attachments) . The product you delivered is not in accordance with the purchase contract I concluded with you as I have done the payments. I therefore herewith request you to send me the right product free of charge as soon as possible. I have also attached the wrong product your company has delivered as well as actual product I ordered with payments details with the company’s email.
