Cashless Insurance, Not Careless Treatment
Today I took my sister in emergency as she met with accident last night. CT scan was done and it was clear, she was told to be admitted as she was feeling dizzy. She have cashless insurance of Max Bupa, But as it’s Sunday today care insurance team does not work and because of Sunday they won’t get approval for which we were initially told to deposit 10,000 and asked us what is the limit of insurance. Later we were given the admitt form in which was written that she needs to be admitted in NSICU for 2-3 days l. When ask why ICU we were told that we can keep under observation in ICU only and now we were told to deposit 40,000. We were not given any other option even after having cashless insurance we were told to pay.When we refused to get admitted on duty consultant staff was extremely rude and refused to talk. My sister had injury on her toe which was causing her pain. That was left untreated no dressing or anything was done, they dint even touched anything only done CT scan and put a cannula. For this they charged me 3900 and for pharmacy replacement 580 for CT scan 9800. With heavy heart I have to conclude that care is also commercialized and is only looking out for money. We can all the way from suncity , hyder Shah kote to Banjara hills in hope that care is good and is reliable. I was wrong l, today’s experience was pathetic.

Overpriced and Underwhelming
This is an absolute s*** of an hospital and is not worthy to be considered as one of the top hospitals in Hyderabad at all. The so called private rooms do not have a phone line, a table for the patient to have food, no cupboards/shelves to store things, no bed for the attender, instead a small sofa is provided. The worst of all is that there is no equipment to monitor the vital stats constantly. When question this the response is that they check the vitals every 4 hours. Absolute pathetic hospital and a waste of space. All this for a private room for which they charge 35k-40k per night for anyone with a insurance.The nurses don’t even know what’s going on in their floor and what medicines are to be given and when.The washrooms, the cafeteria, all other facilities are an absolute joke.Had to request everything multiple times, like having to administer medicines on time, for which they delayed by couple of hours. Not sure what bunch of jokers are running this so called “hospital” but the government should do everyone a service and revoke their license.Visited many hospitals in Hyderabad, but this is the worst of all.Avoid avoid avoid if you want to keep your sanity.
