    Disconnected and Disappointed

    Disconnected It’s been two days since I’ve tried to contact Amex. My husband called four times yesterday, waited on hold each time, and was disconnected each time. It began calling at 6 a.m. today, and it is now 7 p.m. We called two lines and were disconnected a total of eight times. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I was able to get through. The agent then wanted to link us with a boss, and guess what? We were disconnected. I’ve been on hold for 3 hours and 15 minutes, and I’m still disconnected. I just got a call back. Your ticket cannot be adjusted or cancelled online. You must make a phone call. Nothing is automated, which is good, but you do need people to deal with it.

    False Hope, Empty Promises

    Worst service I have been a customer for 6 long years and so they have started taking me fir granted. 31 July, a payment towards insurance policy from ICICI Lombard renewal was done and same day it was confirmed to me by Amex executive named Khusboo and was promised to recieve the sofy copy in the next 3 working days. Today being the 4th day, i did not get the polich document and also amex is not co forming whether the payment was successful or not and ICICI Lombard says that they have not generated by policy as payment were not recieved. The payment was done through razorpay link from amex credit card. I think i gave taken a wrong decision in renewing the policy for the 2nd year. I will never recommend this to anyone and would also not renew it ever again. I also, would end my subscription of amex credit card as the customer service is pathetic and people make false statements. Worst service ever experienced.
