Roof Damage from Ambuja Cement
complaint ambuja cement cracks in roof and water drizzling Dear team, I would like to inform you that ambuja cement (Ambuja gold) that we have used as per your dealers and ambuja engineer suggestion ambuja engineer visited at our construction site and check whole quality of construction products and as per his suggestion we use all things with suggested quality and amount. We had used ambuja plus cement as suggested by your dealer and marketing team manager of palampur (Kangra) region, we had used your product as per your processing specification in presence of your area manager at the time of slab execution (2015). Right now the current condition is that slab is full of cracks everywhere and water is crossing through these cracks resulting rooms roof getting wet in excess during raining time. It’s my humble request to fix out this problem and provide necessary solution to get it fixed as soon as possible to stop more spoilage of building. Expired Cement Bags
Expired Bags of Ambuja Kawach cement delivered to me I am building my house. As per suggestion of Ambuja cement engineer, I purchased cement from near by dealer of Ambuja cement whose store name is Prem Cement store Tran Taran 143401 PUNJAB. I was giving order of 15 bags per week. Earlier I bought total of 53 Bags from this dealer. Two days ago on 17 Jan 2024, I asked for 15 Bags of Ambuja Kawach but the dealer tried to convince me to deliver 50 bags. I was not ready to take more bags in single time. As I know the best practice is to buy minimum number of bags as per usage by my workers. As he delivered to me 50 bags, so I made the payment. But I was not happy with this order because large numbers of bags can not be used by my workers quickly. So I contacted the Ambuja cement engineer Rishab Agarwal that how lately I can use these bags. He said I should use the cement within one month of Manufacturing date. So I looked for the manufacturing date listed on bags and I found that 41 bags out of 50 were manufactured on 23 Oct 2023. So the bags have expired as today’s date is 20 Jan 2024. Rest of 9 bags are good as those have manufacturing date listed as 13 Jan 2024. I was shocked to understand that this dealer has giver me expired bags of Ambuja cement. I am unhappy about this. Ambuja cement should take a note of such dealers who are playing with thier own business and most importantly defaming the name of Ambuja Cements. So this time I came to know that he gave me expired 41 bags but he may given my expired bags also which I have not noticed. As I made full payment so why he gave me expired bags. I am building my house, with such expired bags of cement, how can I survive in my house. This is not only question of my survival but survival of all those customers to whom this dealer gave expired bags in past. If Am buja cemnets will not take any action against him then he will continue to play with lives and money of people like me. Please act as soon as possible.
